NRG Confidential Counselling is an alternative to other models of EAP. Our individually tailored service is targeted toward those who might benefit from it the most. The NRG consultant, as well as the employee's manager, might provide any amount of referral information to the psychologist at the outset. The psychologist, in the course of counselling, may feed back information for the referrer's benefit, but only with the employee's clear and willing permission. Therefore, NRG Confidential Counselling offers:
- the highest standards of employee counselling
- the opportunity to continue the relationship with the NRG consultant
- the opportunity for 360 degree feedback to managers, where relevant.
NRG Confidential Counselling offers availability and flexibility. Employees are granted 6 contact hours with the psychologist over a 12-week period. The hours can be used as extended sessions or divided into a larger number of shorter appointments. The sessions may be attended by family members where productive. The psychologist will maintain an "open file" on the employee for 3 months. The psychologist will seek the client's permission to feed back relevant information to management, and will make clear and detailed recommendations wherever possible. |
