This program is delivered as a 1 hour session.  It is suitable for senior managers, partners and / or anyone in a role where they may feel that their diet needs to be addressed. 

This program will show you how to:

  • Understand how nutrients impact your energy
  • Learn the difference between “good” and “bad” fats
  • Learn what foods have no nutritional value and should be avoided
  • Design an optimal breakfast for your lifestyle
  • Help you make optimal food selections when eating out
  • Design a realistic healthy eating plan for the next 4 weeks
