Sleep and Fatigue
This program is delivered as a 1 hour session. It is suitable for senior managers, partners and / or anyone in a role where they may feel stressed or under pressure.
It can be adapted for shift workers.
This program will show you how to:
- Adjust your sleep and waking times to improve your sleep patterns
- Reserve your bedroom for sleep activities (no TV, exercise, work)
- Fall asleep within 20 minutes using a proven pattern
- Understand the link between exercise and sleep patterns
- Avoid caffeinated beverages after 3.00pm
- Wake up, get moving and get your NRG started for the day
- Have a slow deep breathing and stretching routine prior to bed
- Develop a bedtime ritual
- Why you need to turn off the TV / computer / blackberry at least 2 hours before bed
