Leading for Success

The NRG Solutions leading for success program can be delivered as a complete program, normally entailing 5 modules and rolled out over a 4 month period.

 Alternatively we can deliver components of the program as stand alone modules.

Core content for this program:

This program will help new managers, supervisors, team leaders and emerging leaders to:

  • Commuicate more effectively with their direct reports
  • Understand the difference between being a manager and being a leader
  • Run effective and engaging team meetings (eg; 9 at 9)
  • Become more assertive and confident in themselves
  • Understand the concept of goal setting and assist them to set realistic goals for themselves and their teams
  • Better understand their own strengths, weaknesses and preferred communication style
  • Appreciate how to effectively give and receive feedback
  • Understand how to coach, motivate and best develop their direct reports
  • Understand the key ingredients in high performing teams
  • Improve their overall presentation skills
  • Sharpen their focus - spending more time on higher priority tasks
  • Understand how to effectively delegate tasks and follow up on their progress
  • Understand the difference between urgent and important tasks

The program is rolled out over five one day modules.  Participants receive additional support from NRG Solutions throughout the program.
