NRG Solutions was established in March 2005. The founder Steve Herzberg has over 20 years of experience in  High Level Sport, Corporate Training, Adult Education, Coaching and Facilitating. He established NRG Solutions with the goal of building a business that would enable our clients to fulfill their potential. Shortly after establishing the business Steve was able to attract like minded individuals to join NRG Solutions who wanted to make a meaningful difference to the attitude and performance of our clients.

The business has grown through a combination of on going referrals, successful marketing strategies, design of appropriate programs and the growth of our public programs across Australia.

Our head office is based in Sydney, Australia. We work with clients right across Australia and have been engaged to deliver programs in Asia and the United Kingdom.

There are many things that NRG Solutions is not. We are not a standard training company, as most one off training sessions will achieve very limited results. We are not an exclusive coaching company. The entry bar for corporate coaching is too low, which affects the quality, and we do not wish to be grouped exclusively in that camp. 

We are a business who pride ourselves on inspiring others to grow and fulfil their true potential. We achieve this through listening closely to our clients and delivering highly effective services, workshops, coaching, mentoring and support to those people who wish to be developed. We stretch individuals to work outside their comfort zone.

NRG Solutions continues to evolve. The 2009 suite of programs has been designed to reflect the current economic times. We have a core of offerings that we know are outstanding and we are proud of our track record of results, innovation and growing client base.
