Core content for this program
This program will help supervisors, team leaders and emerging leaders to:
- Commuicate more effectively with their direct reports
- Understand the difference between being a supervisor and being a leader
- Run effective and engaging team meetings each morning (eg; 9 at 9)
- Become more assertive and confident in themselves
- Understand the concept of goal setting and assist them to set realistic goals for themselves and their teams
- Better understand their own strengths, weaknesses and preferred communication style
- Appreciate how to effectively give and receive feedback
- Understand how to coach, motivate and best develop their direct reports
- Understand the key ingredients in high performing teams
- Improve their overall presentation skills
- Sharpen their focus - spending more time on higher priority tasks
- Understand how to effectively delegate tasks and follow up on their progress
- Understand the difference between urgent and important tasks
The program is rolled out over five one day modules. Participants receive additional support from NRG Solutions throughout the program.
